Shipping Policy

This policy applies to all physical product orders placed through Shajarah Institute. Please review the following information before placing your order.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–5 working days following successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive a confirmation notification once your order has been dispatched.

2. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Major Cities: 3-5 working days after dispatch
Other Areas / Remote Regions: 5-7 working days after dispatch

These are estimated timeframes only. Actual delivery times may vary due to courier workload, geographic constraints, or other factors.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are either applied as a fixed rate or calculated dynamically at checkout based on your delivery location and the total weight of your order. The applicable charge will be clearly displayed before payment is confirmed. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Delivery Responsibility

We partner with reputable third-party courier and logistics companies for order fulfillment. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Shajarah Institute is not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Courier operational delays or capacity constraints
  • Adverse weather conditions or natural disasters
  • Civil unrest, strikes, or force majeure events
  • Public holidays or customs-related delays

In the event of a significant delay, we will make reasonable efforts to follow up with the courier on your behalf.

5. Incorrect or Failed Delivery

Customers bear full responsibility for providing a complete, accurate, and reachable delivery address at the time of placing an order. Shajarah Institute will not be held liable for delays, loss, or failed delivery arising from incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address details provided by the customer.

In cases where delivery fails due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for any re-dispatch charges. Please ensure all delivery details are verified before order submission.

If you realize an error in your delivery address after placing an order, contact us immediately. Corrections can only be made before the order is dispatched.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number or link will be shared with you via your registered contact details. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be activated by the courier service.
