Using our services

We may suspend or stop providing our Services to you if you do not comply with our terms or policies or if we are investigating suspected misconduct.
Using our Services does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our Services or the content you access. You may not use content from our Services unless you obtain permission from its owner or are otherwise permitted by law. These terms do not grant you the right to use any branding or logos used in our Services. Don’t remove, obscure, or alter any legal notices displayed in or along with our Services.
Your content in our services
When you upload, submit, store, send or receive content to or through our Services, you give Front (and those we work with) a worldwide license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works (such as those resulting from translations, adaptations or other changes we make so that your content works better with our Services), communicate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display and distribute such content. The rights you grant in this license are for the limited purpose of operating, promoting, and improving our Services, and to develop new ones. This license continues even if you stop using our Services (for example, for a business listing you have added to Front Maps). Some Services may offer you ways to access and remove content that has been provided to that Service. Also, in some of our Services, there are terms or settings that narrow the scope of our use of the content submitted in those Services.

Our Services are very diverse, so sometimes additional terms or product requirements (including age requirements) may apply. Additional terms will be available with the relevant Services, and those additional terms become part of your agreement with us if you use.
Terms & Conditions
By accessing Shajarah Institute’s website, enrolling in our programs, or purchasing any product or service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. These terms govern your entire relationship with Shajarah Institute.
1. Services Overview
Shajarah Institute provides the following categories of services and products:
- Islamic education programs (online and in-person)
- Quranic and religious guidance sessions
- Mentorship and counseling programs
- Workshops, seminars, and short training courses
- Community-based educational initiatives
- Physical products including Islamic books and learning materials
The availability, schedule, and structure of any specific program or product may be modified at the institute’s discretion with reasonable notice.
2. User Responsibility & Eligibility
Users must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, enrollment, or any purchase transaction. Submission of false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in immediate cancellation of services without refund.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials (if applicable) and for all activity that occurs under their account. Any unauthorized use must be reported to us immediately.
3. Payments & Billing
All payments must be completed in full through our approved and designated payment methods prior to the commencement of any service or dispatch of any product. Service access and product delivery will only be initiated upon successful payment confirmation.
Shajarah Institute reserves the right to revise pricing for programs and products at any time. Prices confirmed at the time of enrollment or purchase will be honored for that transaction.
In the event of a disputed or failed payment, access to services may be suspended until the matter is resolved.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, curriculum, course notes, recordings, digital resources, branding, and intellectual output produced or distributed by Shajarah Institute are the exclusive intellectual property of the institute and are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
Users are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, distributing, republishing, reselling, or using any such content for commercial or public purposes without prior written authorization from Shajarah Institute. Permitted use is limited to personal, non-commercial learning purposes only.
5. Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to maintain respectful, courteous, and ethical conduct in all interactions with the institute’s staff, educators, and fellow participants. Any behavior deemed disruptive, disrespectful, or contrary to the institute’s values may result in suspension or permanent termination of access without refund.
6. Limitation of Liability
Shajarah Institute, its directors, employees, educators, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services, website, digital platforms, or any third-party service integrations.
Our total liability to any user, under any circumstance, shall not exceed the amount paid by that user for the specific service or product in question.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Karachi, Pakistan, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Changes to Terms
Shajarah Institute reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes through our website or registered communication channels. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
